This website is operated by Atelier Eli Créations. By accessing our shop, using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published in our shop.
1. Business Information
Atelier Eli Créations is a business established in Belgium, specialising in the creation and personalisation of products using various printing and customisation techniques.

2. Personalised Products
All products offered in our shop are prepared and personalised to order before being dispatched to the customer.
Personalisation may involve Atelier Eli Créations' own designs, designs selected by the customer, text, images or other instructions provided by the customer, depending on the characteristics of each product.
Due to the personalised nature of the products, the finished result may differ slightly from the images displayed in the shop or on the customer's screen, particularly in terms of colours, shades, positioning or the appearance of the design.
The specific characteristics of each product, including materials, dimensions, capacity and other relevant features, are stated on its product page.
3. Design and Approval
Where an order requires a specific design based on instructions or files supplied by the customer, Atelier Eli Créations may send a design proposal for review and approval before production begins.
The conditions relating to the design process, amendments and approval are detailed in our Personalisation Terms and Conditions.
Once the customer has approved the design, production of the order may begin.
4. Customer-Provided Content
When customers provide photographs, images, text, logos or other content to personalise a product, they declare that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content for this purpose.
Customers are responsible for the content they provide and for any third-party claims relating to it.
By providing such content, customers authorise Atelier Eli Créations to use it solely to the extent necessary to prepare, design and produce their order.
Atelier Eli Créations will not use this content for other purposes without the customer's appropriate authorisation.
Atelier Eli Créations may refuse content that is unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or infringes third-party rights.
5. Prices
Product prices are those displayed in the shop at the time the order is placed.
Prices may be changed at any time for future purchases. Any price change made after an order has been confirmed will not affect the price of that order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
6. Orders
When placing an order, customers provide the information required to process it and confirm that this information is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
Atelier Eli Créations reserves the right to cancel an order only in justified circumstances, such as an obvious error in the product price or description, an inability to fulfil the order due to exceptional circumstances, unavailability of materials or reasonable suspicion of fraud.
If Atelier Eli Créations cancels an order after receiving payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
An order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been authorised or received, depending on the payment method used.
Unpaid orders will not be considered definitively confirmed.
